What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your partnership with Prowess Digital Boutique at any time.
If you wish to cancel your partnership with Prowess Digital Boutique, you will be responsible for all of our work completed up until that point.
Depending on the amount of work we’ve completed at the time of cancellation, you may receive a full, partial, or no refund, or you may owe us additional fees.
If a refund is made, Prowess Digital Boutique will debit the amount for the work already completed as well as for any work in progress.
Taxes paid on services to regulatory bodies will not be refunded.
Work impacted by delays caused by third parties will not be refunded.
If you wish to end your partnership with Prowess Digital Boutique, you must submit your cancellation request in writing. Cancellation requests must be submitted 15 days prior to the end of the current billing cycle for those under contract.
No refund shall be given by Prowess Digital Boutique when cancellation is requested outside of the 15-day window prior to the end of contracted work.
Prowess Digital Boutique reserves the right to first allocate any remaining budget to services that may benefit any other URL belonging to your website.
Due to the nature of our work, Prowess Digital Boutique does not guarantee results or assure any refunds upon cancellation.
In the event of any violation to our policy’s terms and conditions, Prowess Digital Boutique reserves the right to end the partnership at any point. Refunds will not be permitted.

We understand that contracts seem intimidating, claustrophobic, and maybe even a bit sketchy. That’s why we offer contracts on a customized basis, so you can choose a term (or terms) that work best for you.
